Title: vinstall 'spellcheck' job
Post by: Triarius Fidelis on May 10, 2007, 10:32:01 am
I went through vinstall and cleaned up some of the spelling and grammatical errors, as well as doing a little to 'formalize' some of the text (removing most uses of the first person, etc.)

It's not perfect, but it's a bit better.

The files are sitting in my contrib directory as vinstall-spellcheck.tar.gz for anyone who has the access rights to look at them. I'd say give them a test and see if they look OK, and whether or not I mistakenly introduced any new syntax errors. :)

Anyone care to test it? Unfortunately, I can't. Not right now, anyway.

Enjoy the silent ... unpopular way of developer  ;D ;D ;D

p.s.:
I went trough that too, if that can help your feeling a bit. ;)

Well, I'm not really upset.

A number of people have desired a spell check for awhile, but testing will presumably wait until next release.
