Title: Documentation Forbidden

When I click on the desktop icon 'Vector Documentation' then 'Vector Linux Manuals.' then 'HOWTO's' then 'Samba as a PDC':

You don't have permission to access /vectorlinux/forum/viewtopic.php on this server.
  Apache/2 Server at www.ibiblio.org Port 80
Why do I get this - there are other links giving identical reponses?  (Not all of them, thankfully!)  How do I get permission?  I can get on www.ibiblio.org and find several (less than helpfull) Howtos.

The links are outdated. Persistent hacking of the old board forced a move to new servers.

Ok.

How do I find where to access these subjects that have moved?

And I suppose that it is too much to change the links in the distribution before some one else downloads it and has the same problem.  I downloaded the iso less than 3 weeks ago and it has plagued me ever since.
