Title: open office install

Hi all,

Is there a recommended way to install open office without installing almost the whole gnome desktop via dependencies?

Thanks,

I didn't notice many dependencies coming down with my OOo 3.0 install with Gslapt onto VL 5.9 Std and Xfce. What dependencies does it install?

If you are getting a number of gnome dependencies then you have probably chosen the open office package from the  gsb (gnome slack build) repository.

Choose this one instead from gslapt...
