Title: modem problem

Hello,
I have vector linux 5.9 standard gold installed on dell (with OptiPlex GX200 motherboard) and I have PCI dial-up modem
that have mark: Conexant c11252-11 (on main chip on modem), and ... I'm new in linux. Can somebody help me to find and install driver for that modem?

If you can not copy the driver from Windows,

Google: Conexant c11252-11 
Find a site to download the driver.
There are several free sites where you can do this.
(You might have to sign up for a free account)

Then, using ndiswrapper, insert the file when promted.

Thunderheights The op is refering to a dialup modem. Ndiswrapper is for wireless
cards.

Try linuxant for a driver that may work. They have a free driver to test the modem.
