Catching "Linux" reveals an error in that error routine - it should read:

"Unhandled Exceptional Error"

 Cheesy

YAMB !

LOL, I took a photo of the display. I should post it here when I get a chance.

Related to MS bugs.....I was at the Music Project display in Seattle as well. They have some "jam rooms" with electronic instruments attached to computers. One of the jam rooms had the screen that showed a BSOD!

I used the BSOD as a wallpaper for a while in one of my many VL installs, when I used it @ college. Sure fooled some people with that one.

Something else that's funny is a wallpaper with a messagebox on it. People will try clicking it to make it go away quite a couple of times before realizing it's not going to work.

HOOT !

My favorite screen saver is a prank on your co-workers ... do this only if you can't be fired over it! Angry

If they leave their workstation unlocked over lunch, take a snapshot of their screen.
Then use *that* as their desktop and lock the machine.  Shocked

"Oh ****! My machine is locked up again!"

(They come to expect that once in a while with 'dows, eh?)

heheheh

so i got our shiny new pII-450 installed at work over the weekend, set it up as an application computer with vl-light.  thought about this forum and set the wallpaper as windows 2000 bsod.  every single person that went to use that computer to put in an application said "hey, there's something wrong with your computer!" hehehe
