Live CD, nohd boot?

I now you can press tab for additional options at the beginning screen. But what is the parameter for not mounting the hard drives?

You want commands

see "man mount"

mount <your device> <your mount point>

The Live CD mounts your hard drives by default. I doubt that can be changed with boot option.

Any slax boot cheatcode should work including:

... list harddisks in fstab with 'noauto', so you have to mount every disk manually in order to access it

 

nohd

... don't mount any harddisks at all
