Anyone up for a little VL promotion. Put up a post on Digg.com. If anyone with a digg account could give it a 'digg' and maybe a comment. I may attract some of the uninitiated. The link is for the newest entries so if you try to use it latter my post will most likely have been pushed back with the older stuff. http://digg.com/search?s=linux+tutorials&sort=newest

Done ... Let's see if it works. I was amazed by what a single mention of your site or blog on a website can do. For some reason tuxmachines listed one of my posts in their (her) "today's leftovers" and all of a sudden I had 100+ hits more than usually. Unfortunately they declined again after 2 days .

@stretchedthin: Well, I think OSB would've deserved the tuxmachines mention much more than my stupid little blog.

Uhhh,.. also, don't forget that Vector Linux has a "forum" over on Linuxquestions.org that gets a LOT of lookers and visitors daily. However,...the "Vector" thread gets a tad lonely,..(and you can even see the tumbleweeds blowing by,..and hear the crickets chirping). I go by the name of "Magikraven" over there,..and try my little $.02 by posting once an' awhile.
(maybe a little stream of "banter" going on there, could help?)

@nitehawk Man that is quiet. I could only see your post. But on the positive side you seemed to have immediately received some replies. I'll throw a question in there, today. See if it stirs the pot.
Also saw that they are advertising for people to write articles. Could be another way to get the word out if somehow VL is part of the article.

A facebook official page?
There actually is a facebook page for VL, it's a VectorLinux group. Kinda quiet though. Not much posting. There is also a VectorLinux Appreciation Group or something like that.
