[HOW-TO] Install RPM format packages in VectorLinux Light

Even simpler, even shorter ;D:

Learned something new from another user and thought it might be interesting to other VL newbies, so I wrote a mini-how-to on installing RPM packages via use of rpm2tgz or Midnight Commander...

Inspiron 4000 Laptop, VL 6.0  600 mhz; 384 ram : Inspiron1100 VL 6.0
Inspiron B120 & B130 Laptop, VL 6.0  1. 4& 1.5  ghz; 1gig ram
