We don't have to be climatologists to see the implications.
Think of it like programmers for a minute:
1. A closed system is a program.
2. The larger the system, the more rountines, the larger the code base
3. The Earth is a closed system (until a mambo asteroid whacks us

).
4. The more variables added to a system, the more complex it becomes.
5. The more complex a program is, the greater the chance for introducing BUGS.
Simply said, by burning fuels, altering forests, adding chemicals, we have introduced more variables.
At the very least, Mankind has introduced BUGS into Mother Nature's system;
At the worst, we have totally Bjorked the System into long-term disfunction.
Perhaps in our Modern Industrial Hubris, we deserve our fate;
I can almost her Mother Nature calling, "Here little Asteroid, here!"
