I wrote a binding in ~/.icewm/keys file,but they don't work...Here they are:
Code:
key "Ctrl+Alt+KP_Subtract" amixer set Master 1- # lower volume
key "Ctrl+Alt+KP_Add" amixer set Master 1+ # raise volume

In xterm same commands work well. What should i do with it?Thanks in advance.

Did you restart Icewm after making the changes?

Of course.I also tried enclosing each piece of this in ""'s,but that didn't help.Maybe i am mistaking with the keys?

I did a quick test using:
Code:
key "Ctrl+Down"        amixer set Master 1- # lower volume
key "Ctrl+Up" amixer set Master 1+ # raise volume

It works fine using those keys (Alt and the up/down arrows).

To identify key events, run command "xev" in a terminal. That way you can see what codes your keys (and mouse buttons, etc.) produce.
