Repo's not working right?
« on: December 04, 2009, 01:02:47 am »
I hope this is in the right forum section. I installed Vector 6.0 Light earlier this week and everything was fine. I just made the partition to small and couldn't resize it with gparted(puppy linux couldn't recognize reiserfs). So I resized it and reinstalled. I updated the packages, kept the same sources but notice some apps are no longer available. Truecrypt and snotes as an example. I just wondered if it was just me or other's having the same problem? I was told in IRC that they could be workin on the servers.

if they are working on the servers, then i would just wait awhile and check again.

if it still dont show up after several hours. then something may have changed.

I did a search of http://vectorlinux.osuosl.org/veclinux-6.0/(The ftp repository) and found nothing for Truecrypt or snotes. Perhaps, you can put in a request for them in the package request thread.
