The repositories should have svn_13024-i586-2gsb, and r14080-i586-1vl6, already installed. Gslapt thinks the one that starts svn is the newest simply because 's' comes after 'r'. In actuality the newest one is the one with the highest number. Since 20056 is highest it is the most recent.
In your post you say you have an svn_20056 version from gsb, I can find no such thing in my repositories. Could you be referring to svn_13024-586-2gsb instead.
At anyrate it just does not matter that gslapt is calling it a downgrade.
