I've got to hand it to you, you find some interesting stuff. I couldn't find anything on the licensing of these two items that made me feel confident that they can be distributed via the repo.
Maybe what I can do is make a tutorial on how they can be run on Vector as there is a trick to both of them.
MX Simulator needs a dependency loaded called Electric-Fence, which is not in the repository
and
X-Plane needs a symbolic link created to libopenal.so.0
They both require a graphics card to run, such as Nvidia or Ati, but given that they should run well on Vectorlinux, they did on mine.
