Kind of sickening, really. Amazon should have bigger kahonah's then to just cave like that.

Microsoft is afraid it might lose if it presses its anti-linux posture in court.  But this might be just good business. The real chickens in this mess, in addition to Amazon, are retailers, such as Best Buy, who won't sell anything but Microsoft (and apple) products. And those of us who buy them.
