Hello,
I got a new GIGABYTE Mother board (GA-MA785GMT-UD2H) with a on board ATI graphic chip 785G.
Default vesa driver detected the chip with no problem... Cool
During installation I have forgotten to add an User.
After installation and reboot, the "Welcome to Vectorlinux" menu comes up and asks for a Username, which I can not provide because
I didn't add one during Installation.
How can I add a User now?

Assuming you can log in as root; run vasm > user > add
