Probably a video driver issue...?
« on: April 29, 2010, 07:32:54 am »

Why it gets that way http://dox.bg/files/dw?a=3ec4f20e52 when I visit this site www.iptv.bg with Firefox?
How to change the video driver? I think at installation I choosed the first option Xorg or something..., not proprietary Ati driver. I am with VL6.0 Classic-KDE Beta2.

Very common problem. Pretty easy answer if someone tells you.

Look at http://forum.vectorlinux.com/index.php?topic=11396.0 . I think that's it.

For anyone else looking at monfen's post, be sure to look for snapshot.jpg on the first link mentioned. I missed it once, had to come back.

Make sure the kernel sources are installed first. They are not included in KDE-Classic-Live due to space constraints. Direct link to package: http://vectorlinux.osuosl.org/veclinux-6.0/kernels/kernel-src-2.6.27.29-i686-1vl60.tlz

Excellent!!! It is now being displayed normally. I installed the kernel-source first, I forgot it after the installation.
Thank You very much people!!!
