Exceedingly new to Vector Linux...as in just found it tonight and I'm still trying to get it shoe-horned on to an old Toshiba laptop.  I've been support the dreaded Windoze for years professionally and learning my way around Ubuntu for the last year. 

Now I'm off to see if I can't found out why my xorg.conf says I don't have a display.  Toodles.
