I originally registered here back in 2008. Used Vector for as bit but developed wanderlust and distro drifted a bit as I was still on somewhat of a learning curve
with linux. As I was having some difficulties with my current distro (from which Vector sprung) I decided to take another look. Wow....you folks have really made
it a pleasure and everything just simply works. Both 6.0 Gold and SOHO are truly things of beauty and speed.  Guess I'll stay around for awhile.........

I think you are right.  VL6.0 standard is all anyone needs in the way of an operating system.  With it, one can do anything that is worth doing.  I know in my case, I am sure glad my distro-drifting days are long over.  I can now concentrate on getting things done.  Life is much less complicated now that I have figured this out.

Welcome back.

I also with the exception of one  have VL on it now.  (I'm still working on  one more too) and I can safely say when I redo my HD, that last box will have it too.  I'm glad I came back...

Welcome Back ZBREAKER Smiley
I've tried many distros and still find myself always coming back to VL.
Think you made a wise choice Smiley
