I was pretty bummed when Vector soho did not work, is there a XFCE of version 6 out there?

VL6 Standard uses XFce as its desktop environment. You can update it to XFce 4.6.1 through the repos.

Have you posted on this board about your problem with VL6 SOHO? What does "did not work" mean? You can use XFce as your desktop environment in SOHO. I have it on two computers and on one of them I've never started KDE.
