Reading this reminded me of a news story I heard a while back...
http://www.percyschmeiser.com/conflict.htmIt does not take much googlefoo to discover a plethora of websites and stories expressing outrage over Monsanto and it's tactics, but if you google 'ruling against Monsanto' you will find mostly court rulings coming out of the European Union, not Canada or the United States. Somehow North America has lost it's will to enforce or even believe in the need for anti-trust legislation. We even bail out companies that are quote..."To big to fail".
Someone needs to produce Genetically modified seeds and patent them under the GPL. Then we could sue Monsanto farmers when our seeds blow into their fields.
