xpdf installed but not showing in gslapt [solved]
« on: January 07, 2011, 01:17:16 am »
Hi,

I have xpdf installed (3.02) but it does not show as installed in gslapt or with slapt-get --installed.

Gslapt does show xpdf packages 3.02pl2 & 3.02pl3, how did the version of xpdf I have get installed and would pl3 be an upgrade?

I am using VL std gold 6.

Thanks for any advice

Could you post the output of:
Code: [Select]
slapt-get --installed | grep xpdfso I can see exactly what you're talking about?

Hi,

This seems to have corrected itself after I just installed (using gslapt) xpdf-3.02pl3-i486-1_slack12.1, I assume it just re-installed the same package and updated its database.

Thanks for the help though
