Thank you all guys, I've managed to install R manually  Grin

From a fresh install of VL 6 and after checking the required packages already installed on my system, it only needs these packages : gcc-gfortran>=4.2.3 and libpng>=1.2.35. Actually, the libpng package should be updated (the 1.2.29 version is already on the system).

And doing an upgradepkg and it was OK.
