[VL 7.0-64] Syncterm and Multimail
« on: November 10, 2011, 06:31:06 pm »

I imagine that plenty others (besides myself) use Vector and also access old-style BBSes.  Doing so with full ANSI support and integrated transfer protocols is preferable.  For this, I use Syncterm on my 32-bit systems.  I'd love to see 32- and 64-bit packages in the repository.

The various versions and source are found here:

http://syncterm.bbsdev.net/

Additionally, I use Multimail for offline mail.  Again, a package would be great and I'm sure others would appreciate it.

It's possible I got the 32bit txz into the 64bit repo. I have deleted from the repo and replaced with the package that is in hata-ph's 64 bit folder so there should be no mistake this time.

Stretch.

That it does.  My non-64 workstations all have it installed.  Well, thanks for trying!  I have been unable to compile it from source, as well.  I'll talk to deuce about a 64-bit version.
