I imagine that plenty others (besides myself) use Vector and also access old-style BBSes. Doing so with full ANSI support and integrated transfer protocols is preferable. For this, I use Syncterm on my 32-bit systems. I'd love to see 32- and 64-bit packages in the repository. The various versions and source are found here: http://syncterm.bbsdev.net/Additionally, I use Multimail for offline mail. Again, a package would be great and I'm sure others would appreciate it. http://multimail.sourceforge.net/index.html#binaries

Cannot build mmail...seem like the application is not active anymore...latest version is dated 2007...
I have build syncterm...once it is in the repo pls try it

It's possible I got the 32bit txz into the 64bit repo. I have deleted from the repo and replaced with the package that is in hata-ph's 64 bit folder so there should be no mistake this time.

Too bad...i cannot compile syncterm from source so I use the executable but it seem only work for 32bit

That it does. My non-64 workstations all have it installed. Well, thanks for trying! I have been unable to compile it from source, as well. I'll talk to deuce about a 64-bit version.
