OK. This one is driving me up the wall. I've made no changes or upgrades.

Ifconfig and iwconfig both show the wireless adapter is communicating. Yet, wicd doesn't show a wireless network available.

Redoing the connection via vasm goes through the steps, but fails with unable to obtain IP address.

VL7 works fine, Winderz works fine.

What in tarnation is going on?

OK. Ran the configuration again and it's working now.

Wicd preferences showing the correct interface (wlan0 or whatever)?

Yeah. Everything looked correct, and iwconfig even showed it sending packets, but not receiving any. Still not sure what was happening with it. **scratching head**
