A couple of months ago, two women artists moved in with each other and are sharing an apartment.  One, my friend, had used VL for about three years.  She is not any kind of nerd.  An artist.  Uses it mostly with picasa, for email, and searching the web.   The other is a windows lady, much more computer literate.  Both have fairly good computers.   Due in part to space considerations, they have wanted to settle on one computer, to be shared.  I was over there tonight as my friend called with a heating problem with her computer.  She is running VL 6.

They have both settled on the VL 6 computer.  The windows lady is most impressed with linux.  She asked me whether I could recommend something that she could study to become better at linux.  I told her about stretchedthin's videos.
