VL 7.0 - libgnomeui-devel ..... missing
« on: December 08, 2011, 07:30:39 am »

I wanted to compile meld but I keep getting an error:
make[2]: scrollkeeper-preinstall: Command not found

Google searches show I need gnome-desktop installed along with libgnomeui-devel.

Searches of the repo's don't find libgnomeui-devel.

Where do I find it?

Meld will not install from the repo's for the same reason.........

Thanks.

Larry

The scrollkeeper package that you need is located in Testing repo.

I've put in a bug ticket regarding the location of scrollkeeper (https://bitbucket.org/VLCore/vl70/issue/6/meld-in-extra-but-needs-scrollkeeper-from). It should be corrected soon.

Good catch there Ikraemer!

Ah, just catching up on forum notes after a little time away.  I'll move scrollkepper asap.
