I'm not exactly a newbie to Vector, but I feel like a newbie in Vector 7 with Xfce. I managed to turn off the bottom apple-like panel and move the top panel back to bottom. But every time I log in, the shining bumping nonsence starts up and makes me angry. Where do I switch this off?

Thank you all in advance.

Menu > Settings > Session and Startup

Go to the Application Autostart Tab. You'll find Cario Dock there.
