Being a fluxbox fan I will change to that soonest. I remember that used to be
the choice desktop for LIGHT. Why the change?

Because Fluxbox is already included in VL Standard Gold.

Yeah, you need to manually set up mount for fixed drives and partitions.

Yes the secondary HD assignment changes sometimes from sdbx to sdcx
often when a new install is made. For this reason I give command:
Code:
/sbin/blkid
and use this output in fstab.

Put up a video on vl-light-b1 on youtube.  Was not much time left after demonstrating install to show all the features but I got a few in.  Hopefully it draws some attention to it so there will be some much deserved attention come the final release on Distrowatch.

xine crashes when trying to play an audio CD

xine on trying to play a DVD gives following error:

USB pendrive can automount...not secondary HDD...can it be automount like in VL7 STD?

It appears that the current version of pcmanfm does not see static, unmounted drives and partitions.

One of the tools that satisfy me and Vector 6 Light miss most in the development of Vector 7 Light is VLwifitools. I'd really like Vector 7 Light definitive count on it.
