« on: January 06, 2012, 11:45:36 am »

Greetings vectorians! I will be moving to the state of Louisiana in a couple of months and I have a feeling that my brother will steal the wired internet away from me so I was wondering if anyone knew a good website to buy plug n go wireless usb adapters at a good price that will garuntee work on linux. There is a minor problem with your question.

Wireless card manufacturers have a history
of changing chipsets even on the same model
number. So make sure to not only know the model
but the version number.

plug n go wireless usb adapters
Do you mean a wireless adapter as in WiFi (so that you need an access point and an internet connection) or one of those UMTS adapters which work everywhere where a cellphone network is available (because UMTS is technically internet based on the technology of cellphones)?
