What is the Vector Linux equivalent of the "sudo" command?

su   at the terminal
vsuper  or gksu (inside of a script)

VL also has sudo, but does not setup any user to default to full permissions. As root user, you can configure sudo using the visudo command. If you're not familiar with the 'vi' text editor, you should set your EDITOR environment variable before running. Such as:
