VPN
« on: January 09, 2012, 01:37:44 pm »

I am contemplating using VL to replace the KDE-based distro on my EEE PC netbook. However I would want to use it to access my home computer via a VPN. I couldn't find openvpn on the GSlapt package manager. Is this a non-starter?

It seems that VL7 does not yet have any VPN software in the repositories.

I've put in a package request for OpenVPN as well as OpenSwan+xl2tpd. (http://forum.vectorlinux.com/index.php?topic=15672.0)
