I have a Kodak ESP 3250 printer, and I can print one page at a time without any problems, but whenever I try to print two or more pages, by the second or third page I always end up with it printing the rest of the pages with an almost solid wall of black ink (which is NOT cheap), accompanied by a lot of black lines across them. How do I correct this problem?

I have the same problem with my Kodak 7250.  I believe this is due to the young nature of the drivers which are essentially a opensource hack created without any help from Kodak.
Also, I can't print a satisfactory picture from the computer through these drivers either.  ( Instead I save the picture to a memory card and then  move the card to the printer and use it's built in functions.)

The project is moving forward and there has been updates to them.  I will see if I can move the latest drivers into the repo.  Hopefully by this weekend.

Just checked.  Nothing new yet, but you can keep an eye on the project here... http://sourceforge.net/projects/cupsdriverkodak/files/.  If I happen to miss a new release let me know.  Current latest is version 23 (which is what we have)
I see they have an experimental sane (scanning) patch.  It may be a little early for that one.

I'm still new at using Vector Linux 7.0, so how will I recognize a new release if http://sourceforge.net/projects/cupsdriverkodak/files/ has it?

The current source is c2esp23.tar.gz released on 2011-11-27.  You'll just be checking periodically for the next release. Something like c2esp24.tar.gz.
