I downloaded the latest version of Avidemux (2.5.6), and would like to install it - the package contains, among other things, a file called "bootStrap.sh" which, according to the instructions, will automate the compiling process. What is the correct method for using it (commands, etc)?

Give it a try and let us know how it works for you.
