20120409 transmission-2.51 [VL7.0]

Note this is for 32bit only.  Transmission 6bit failed on a libiconv error.  (Anybody got a fix?)

the 64bit error is caused by the libiconv pkg.
The only way I know of to fix it is to removepkg libiconv and reinstall glibc.
This is one reason why we wanted to keep libiconv out of VL.
