vector equivalent to libgtk2-ex-podviewer-perl

Hello.  What is the slack/vector equivalent to the ubuntu package libgtk2-ex-podviewer-perl?

Hi Mark,

I dont think we have that one in the repos. You can always install it with cpan:

Code:

$ cpan Gtk2
$ cpan Gtk2::Ex::Simple::List
$ cpan IO::Scalar
$ cpan Gtk2::Ex::PodViewer

That will place an executable called podviewer. If this is not good enough, you can always post a package request in the proper section of the forum.

I tried the first command, and after a lot of stuff, it ended with this:

I'm not sure what to make of this, so I think I'll just leave it.  Thanks though for the suggestion.

I have perl-gtk2-ex-podviewer build...i will let u know once it is ready to install via gslapt/slapt-get

EDIT:

Add this http://vlcore.vectorlinux.com/pkg/untested/x86/ to your gslapt/slapt-get sources and look for perl-gtk2-ex-podviewer...

PS: This is an untested repo...installing packages from it may break your current system...happy vectoring
