Is there anyway we can build into the doinst.sh of this package a way to fix this problem...

Currently to use at a user must copy 'at' from /etc/rc.d/init.d/sample/
to /etc/rc.d/init.d/

If built into doinst.sh users will be able to use this new 'at' without having to do that.

There is already an init script in the package:
https://bitbucket.org/VLCore/vabs/src/ebcd4ad7e429/var/vabs/at/src/at

Code:
root:# grep init.d /var/log/packages/at-3.1.12-i586-2vl70
etc/rc.d/init.d/
etc/rc.d/init.d/at

I can see at in the services menu for vasm, this doesnt work for you?
