Bonjour!

To solve huawei  e1550 3G modem  connection problem under 64 bit (using other mobile providers' sim), I  need to  access AT commands and turn device to modem and card reader mode: AT^U2DIAG=256 (modem + Card Reader)

now it takes too long to dial in ...

would anyone elaborate how to access AT commands from console with vector 7 64 bit?

as now i'm on kernel 3.4.2.

evil red china manuafactured huawei 3g
modem does work,i unlocked it from original mobile internet provider, now can go with any sim card, but it takes half hours to get connected if signal 's weak (other than original mobile isp).

any more swift way to tweak its performances,
now i want to  set AT^U2DIAG=256 (modem + Card Reader),
what 's the commads please?

I believe that dialup software should help you. Using the old cli ppp dialers definetly allow you to issue AT commands. I think you can also use a terminal software or possibly cat to send them.
