(Help Me)show me how to install VL 6.0 gold on virtual box

I'm newbie here, and also linux-newbie. I interested in VL but i'm not sure I have knowledge to install it.
I wanna try it in Virtual box, so is there anyone here can help me? Please... I beg

What is your VBox host? Windows or Linux?

These are some earlier tut's involving virtual box and Vectorlinux. The version numbers for virtualbox have changed but the rest is pretty much the same.

That first link is not correct. Even the webpage says it's for installing in windows under virtual box but the video/slide show presented is for installing from the live cd. In other words Opensourcebistro.com screwed up their links.

I did a search of YouTube and Opensourcebistro's channel to find the video called "Installing Vectorlinux on Windows in Virtualbox" and I did not find it. I did however find this video on installing Vector Linux in Windows using VirtualBox by another name from Opensourcebistro. I think they got mixed up on what they called the video and that caused the screwup.
