I installed VL64 on this Dell Inspiron M5010. Not certain if this is the part of the forum to report bugs, but during the boot process, the system hangs for about 6.5 minutes at a line that states something like "loading modules". As I'm not much of a geek, haven't a clue what is happening. Probably something is waiting to time out.

The install had no problems with doing the WIFI connections. Opening a browser, however, takes at least a minute (when first opened). The system, in general, is just more sluggish than I had hoped. By the time the card game opens, I could almost deal from a deck as fast.

My cursor has a sort of jerky response that I would like to correct. Perhaps it's a video card issue.

I ran Slackware on my earlier lappies with pretty good success, but Slackware64 didn't perform very fast on this machine either. At least VL64 was a little more user friendly to set up.
