As for 3.2.39 being in B0.14, uname -a shows: 3.4.30  This is on Vlocity 7.1 B0.14.

Edit -- I was in B0.13. >.< Disregard the above.

However... My machine runs like crap on 3.2.39 compared to 3.4.30.

Installed B0.15 (64-bit). Upgraded the network manager and network app packages and it appears the bugs are finally gone. It's asking for a password on initial selection and I no longer need to add the router's IP address as a DNS entry.

Got Exaile to work finally. gst-ffmpeg needs to be installed. Should probably include that with the ISO installation.

edit -- Take that back. It's partially working. .m4a files play fine. .mp3 files do not. Still get a "No suitable plugin" error.

Ugh. Went to log in to B0.15 this morning and can't get past the login page. Locks up as soon as it hits. I'll do some log digging later this morning.

That's just too weird, especially after a reboot yesterday after installing the updated network manager packages. Worked then.

Looks like a bug that the Arch devs figured out:
https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/25405
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=51466

EDIT: fwiw, I built the package using the patches from Arch, and it fixed the problems on my test vm. Yes, I know.. I should learn how to make it happen using the buildbot.. will work on that.

Just installed B0.16. Still having issues with Network Manager. Password issue is fixed, however, unable to resolve domain names, even after plugging the router IP into the DNS.

Also noticed a slew of errors on first boot into the system. Logs are attached.

Weird. Just logged back in on B0.16 and lookups are now working fine. >.< Going to yank the router IP and see if it still works.

Edit -- Nope. Sad

Still have video issues. Especially on mouseover events where the item doesn't revert back to normal.

Also received a rather spectacular crash when attempting to fire up Firefox. Screenshot attached.

retired1af,
will you try booting with: i915.modeset=0
and  i915.modeset=1
let us know if it changes anything?

i915.modeset=0 was pretty ugly. Literally. Looked like I was using a generic VGA driver in Winderz. **barf**

However, i915.modeset=1 seems to have done the trick. Mouseovers are nice and crisp with no delay or hiding.

The acid test will come later when I copy the game folder over and I attempt World of Warcraft under Wine. Smiley

Edit -- I take that back. Icons seem to be OK, however text under Thunar borks up while scrolling.
