I find this problem not very consistent, the first few minutes after reboot, the refresh comes pretty automated, but after the first few minutes, pcmanfm-mod becomes less consistent. I have attempted to downgraded the dependencies:

This has made it a bit more "consistent" but I don't know if I will experience this problem again.
