Don't know what we would do without him.  He referred me yesterday to one of his opensourcebistro videos that has made a major improvement in my practice, being

And I spent today putting his suggestion into practice.  We all fill out pdf forms on occasion.  Stretchthin's suggestion that this be done with Libre draw cuts the time spent in doing so by 80% over flpsed.  I had actually tried the same thing a few months back, but with OpenOffice draw.  And OpenOffice Draw didn't do the job.  Still doesn't.  I thought LibreOffice and OpenOffice were clones.  They are not.

I am going to subscribe to opensourcebistro.com.  Except I just got on his site and can't figure out how to do so.

Hi Sledehammer.

Thanks for the plug.  I'll look into the trouble your having with subscribing to the site.  If memory serves I think I hid the registration button, because of spam.
If things go well, with some plans I have to automate the repo maintenance side of my duties I hope to be making videos again.

Really, the video side of things is what I enjoy most, but when toothandnail left the repo side became a more pressing responsibility and that along with my real job
has pretty much kept me away from the video thing.

But I'll figure it out, some kind of combination between automated scripting and recruiting some more help perhaps.

By the way thanks for the work you have put into testing. Thats' a great help.  Actually, my thanks to all who help out with testing.

I told my Lions Club at lunch today about your pdf editing idea and there was much interest in it.  Several asked if libreoffice works on windows and I said I didn't know, but probably.

There is definitely a windows version of libreoffice.  I use it on a VM @ home.
