Well..I apologize for the overzealous postings, as usual. I am never of any use around here. you were more likely wondering when I was going to get lost, lol. So.. thanks for another Vector release. I have a browser and notepad and an easy connection for which I am very thankful.

Read through your postings and see no need for you to apologize. If you "get lost" as you say I'll be down another tester so you are not allowed to go anywhere. :-)

Thanks guys that is nice of you, I unfortunately have to go through a huge crate of floppys and a room full of vintage computer crap and need a floppy drive. as the internal floppy does not work with vector I am switching to puppy linux as it has easy access to the floppy drive. will seem like forever but wanted to say thanks as I prefer vector generally but have to get this done

Ya I did read that already but it was a ubuntu thread related to usb drives. but may be a solution for the internal floppy aswell..not the first time I broke it attempting to fix it I suppose. anyway enough about it. it was not the intent of this thread.. thanks
