How do I go about removing programs that I installed with WINE - short of uninstalling WINE itself?

Programs installed with Wine usually have to be uninstalled with their own 'uninstaller'. You may find this in their own directory if there is no uninstaller icon in the menu. Wine makes a directory in the users home directory, (~/.wine). Keep in mind that directories starting with a period are considered hidden. If you find the uninstaller (probably uninstall.exe or setup.exe) you can use wine to run it.

Suppose the software in question doesn't have it's own uninstaller - what then?

If I would have found the answer for it on Google, would I be asking for help with that issue here?

The last couple questions including this one proves
otherwise.

Exactly what program are we talking about? It might be easier to help if we have more specific information.

For now, it goes straight to your answer.
In about three days, the robots will catch up and it will just lead back here. When that happens, remove the '!+' and choose the second result.

Also, visiting http://www.winehq.org and putting 'remove programs' in the search box works well.

One of these is true (in order of probability):
1. You have some kind of point to make.
2. You actually do have a search term deficiency.
3. There's something else involved that you're embarrassed to mention in a public forum.

Pick a number, read the answer:
1. Out with it. You'll get further faster, and we might appreciate your observation or idea.
2. Paste a few of the search terms you're using here. You might get tips that are generally helpful.
3. Reconsider just saying it out loud. If you still don't want to, maybe you can look through posts for a currently active forum member who seems understanding and send them a private message asking if they'll help with what the issue really is.

Otherwise, there's always plan A:
Ask another (and another, and another . . .) easily findable question(s) and get totally ignored.

Plan A now comes with a guarantee.

I think that I need to clarify here that I was not asking "How do I remove 'wine'?" (I can figure that out easy enough), but rather "How do I go about removing programs that I have installed using 'wine, particularly when the programs involved didn't come with any 'Uninstall' programs to begin with?".

I owe you an apology, I just figured out where on the Internet to locate the information that I was looking for, so please forgive me for my somewhat "disorganized" thinking at times - I do eventually "connect the dots" (so to speak), given e little bit of patience.
