I have downloaded and install VL7.0 light on an old Sony Vaio laptop but I haven't been able to get my 2 wireless cards working. I have an Airlink AWLC5025 and a USB Linksys WUSB54GC which I have not been able to get them to work. Questiosn...

1. How do I install the drivers?

2. How do I configure my wireless connections? Are there any step by step instructions?

Any information would be appreciated.

What is the version numbers of the wireless cards?

You may have better luck with VL 7.0STD.

In a terminal, as user root, enter command "iwconfig".
Post the output here.

Well, this is going to have to wait. I think the HD just went bad. The laptop starts but nothing comes on the screen. I know the screen is good because the laptop sometimes works. Let me get this fix first and I will work on the wireless issue after I'm done with it.
