Any Chance That Vector Std Is Going To Be Updated?
« on: October 01, 2014, 05:27:49 am »
I've been using Vector 7.0 Std Gold for what seems like a very long time. It seems to be getting long in the tooth. Is there any chance that Vector Std will be updated in the near future?

The latest 7.1 RC ISO files are available @ vlcore.vectorlinux.com.
32-bit http://vlcore.vectorlinux.com/pkg/untested/veclinux-7.1/iso/VL-7.1-STD-RC2.3.iso
64-bit http://vlcore.vectorlinux.com/pkg/untested/veclinux-7.1/iso/VL64-7.1-STD-RC2.3.iso

This is getting mighty close to the final product.  You can try it out and let us know if you find anything wrong with it ;)

I check the Vector store monthly for the version 7 release and always walk away sad. I wish I had time to help.  So for now I'm still Slackin!
