Is Vector Linux 7.0 compatible with the Intell core i3 microprocessor? I ask that because according to the information that I read, it says that it is compatible with "Pentium 3 or equivalent or higher ".

Well, considering the P3 came out in 1999, yes, an i3 will definitely be "higher" than the P3. Hence, VL 7 will have no issues at all in running on an i3 system.
