my understanding is bugs are to be posted to bitbucket but you may post them in the appropriate form section here as part of your experiance.

Just as in the link mentioned above. Omitting the "/new" from the linked thread gives an opportunity to look at existing issues before posting, but posting new ones works either way.

As overthere said, bug reports in any form are always welcome. Putting them in the issue tracker at bitbucket helps developers process them more easily, but posting them in forum is fine if you wish not to use bitbucket.
