Curious..does the open source bistro  desktop icon have a purpose? are the old vids still there somewhere? If so how many are still valid for 7.1?

Most of it is outdated by now, but some still are relevant, like his tutorial on the Openshot video editor.

Thanks..agree still some relevant content, guessing the desktop icon will be removed as time permits or redirected.cheers.

Judging by the videos, I'd say family life takes precedence for Ken.  :)

The only relevant icon of the three is the forum,don't have any use for U-Tube.

I'm with you, crum. Thing is, written matter will have to be created by the users. Devs are just spread too thin. Users can't do it until what's being documented is finalized. So:

1) There cannot be more helpful written material in the upcoming release.
2) Whether some more is available after that depends on user participation, and on learning or devising a common method to contribute the works.

When there is once again something of a base for VL help documentation, it will be somewhat easier to keep up with this time due to system maintenance improvements. It will, of course, continue to be a challenge regardless.
